The salt water flush diet works like a bath for the insides so it cleans and cleanses as it works through your body. It works the whole of the system and takes all the toxins with it as it flows through your body. All you need is two spoonfuls of salt and a quart of water (preferably warm or body temperature). Mix them together and drink once a day for three days. The idea of the warm water is so that your body doesn’t go into shock when you drink cold water and it helps to draw out impurities.

Once you have drunk the whole mixture, lie on your right side for roughly half an hour. This will help the liquid to flow better and catch as many toxins as possible.
