Super sets are basically three or more exercises which are done in quick successions without resting in between sets. The idea behind super sets is to stimulate and shock more muscle fibers as quickly as possible in order to compel them to grow. This is also often referred to as the shock technique and has been proven ultra effective time and again.
Drop sets on the other hand involves forcing your body to lift a heavy weight in a continuous manner all the while dropping the load of the weight that you lift after each set. This is also a great technique to employ if you aim to bulk up fast.
