Eat Out and Lose Weight

Before starting your diet you were not afraid to go out and eat in town – you actually enjoyed doing it. Whether you go to a local Chinese restaurant or a stylish 40 $ a portion restaurant, you eat until you cannot eat anymore and then you think that you could have eaten a big chocolate cake for dessert.

Unfortunately, the new diet does not allow you this yet. Although you can have some days when you fuss and eat everything you want, we assume that you go out to eat and try to respect your diet.

Some tips for eating out:

  1. Choose a dish from the appetizer menu. They are always small portions. You must eat more than that? Order a small salad appetizer with the appetizer. Thus, if you’re with another person, you can still eat together and you will not make them feel stupid.
  2. No endless meals. Even if the food is healthy, it is a bad habit to have the “empty plate” mentality. Your parents may have told you to eat all from the plate, but if you’re on a diet – it is a bad thing.
  3. Lean meat. If going to buy a bucket of fried chicken and a few biscuits looks appetizing, especially if you’re from the south avoid meat cooked in ways that gain weight. You can eat meat, but try the one that is cooked in the oven, baked, boiled, grilled, dried, cooked by steaming or boiled. If you want to eat beef, try chunks of lean meat, such as coast or muscle.

Tips for diets:

There are loads of affordable supplements that stop digestion or remove the calories, do not go that way, they are just going to mess-up your metabolism. Beware of fast ways to lose weight, go to your doctor with them and seek advice when it comes to this.
